+__Chibi Mun (Yoru) And Muse (Namiid)__+

I appreciate all the compliments, I really do, but I get embarrassed and flustered behind the keyboard because really...I've always had trouble accepting compliments, even since I was a child. My dad has even told me before that when I was as young as four years old, people would tell me I was a beautiful girl, and I would hang my head and mutter, "No, I'm not," and several times I'd actually burst into tears. I've gotten better about accepting all sorts of compliments as I've gotten older, but it's still not the easiest thing for me. Especially because sometimes I'm not sure if people are being honest or just saying something nice to placate me for some reason or another and they don't really mean the words that they say.

Namiid is another matter altogether. He takes compliments pretty well, so roleplaying as him tends to help me accept the nice words of others easier. Then again, he's a wendigo with an unpredictable temper and a penchant for threatening anyone who bores him with being eaten alive. Sooo....he doesn't get compliments too often. And of course when he gets them from his girlfriend, the nightmare fairy, he gets a little flustered as well, though for different reasons.

Oh yeah...the "mun and muse" bit? Roleplaying terms used in the rp community on Tumblr. "Muse" refers to the character(s) being roleplayed, while "mun" refers to the person who is the roleplayer. I'm a mun, Namiid is my muse, get it?
