Incubus let out a low chuckle as he shifted slightly, to better allow himself breathing space and to hitch Banshee higher on his back.
"Why exactly did you bum-rush that guy anyway?" He asked.  "He was like, three times your size."
Banshee made a low grumbling noise against the back of his leather jacket, and he paused in the middle of his stride.  "What did you say, babe?" He asked, trying to keep a straight face.
"He had bigger guns than me." Banshee muttered very fast.  "Nobody's allowed to have bigger guns than me."
"Babe, this is Gotham City. There's always going to be some jerkwad who gets his hands on a bigger gun."
". . . nobody's allowed to have bigger guns than me."
He let out another loud laugh. "I'll make it up to you, honey." He said, hefting her back into place again. "I'll buy you dinner."
"Not helping." She snapped, then a moment later, she asked, "Can we have pickles, too?"
"We can have anything you want, babe."
"I want bigger guns."
He let out a long-suffering sigh, turning away so she couldn't see his smile. "Alright, alright. I'll buy you bigger guns."

Geez, it's been forever since we've seen these babies, haven't we?! XD Can you all believe that this is the first time I've drawn Incubus and Banshee in what feels like a year or more, and yet they still turned out awesome?! Don't lie, you've all been missing these crazy kids and their crazy star-crossed love antics. lD

Also... holy crap! I've been friends with Hunter since she was fourteen. FOURTEEN. And now she's twenty-one and just... ;A;
